I received an email from the MAMLS about my account. I received a username and password.

  • Use them to login. Then, change the password to one you will remember. You’re done!

I received an email from the MAMLS about my account. I didn’t receive a username and password.

  • Click “Lost Password”
  • Enter the email address to which the email was sent. Click “Create new Password”.
  • Follow the instructions emailed to you to choose a new password and you will now be able to login to the site.

I didn’t receive an email from the MAMLS about my account, but I am a member.

  • Click “Lost Password”
  • If you believe you know the email we have on file for you, follow the instructions above.
  • If you are unsure of the email we have on file for you, type in your likely username. It will be your first initial and last name (example: John Doe’s username is JDoe). If you have a last name with an apostrophe, do not include it (Linda O’Halloran becomes LOHalloran). If you have multiple last names or more complex last names, they are typically hyphenated (Raul Ortiz Arroyo becomes ROrtiz-Arroyo). There are a few usernames that will simply have a space (so Anna van Leeuwen became Avan Leeuwen). Click “Create new Password”.
  • Check your email inbox (if you don’t see the email, but have multiple email addresses, check all of them). Then follow the instructions emailed to you to choose a new password and you will now be able to login to the site.

I tried both of those, but it still didn’t work!

  • It’s possible we haven’t added you to the website because we don’t have an email address for you. It’s also possible that we have an outdated email address on file for you. In both of these cases, the best option is to contact us through the contact form on our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible to fix everything for you.
